Go to http://www.youtube.com/account then go to edit channel. I don't
know if that's where you go for the location thing but that's where
you go if you want to edit your chanel description. Make sure you're
in forms mode before you try to erase or type something. lol. I don't
think that there is a screen reader friendly site for youtube yet. At
least I haven't found one. Hope this helps at least a little.
