Hi,
the e-mails and settings that are used inOutlook Express can also be backed
up and restored manually. I will post instructions on how to do this. But,
first I have to write a tutorial that gives step-by-step instructions on how
to accomplish this task with JFW and, it might be next weekend before I can
get it finished because I have acadimic work (home / classwork and projects
that might be assigned this week) to take care of so I can pass my classes
and graduate from high school in two years (I am currently in the tenth
grade.) If you would prefer an audio tutorial you can find one on Rick
Harmon's website under the Audio section which is
http://www.blind-geek-zone.net.

They could try the JFWLite.com web site. Go into the programs link, down
to the E-Mail section, and I believe there is a couple free programs in
there.
