Again, it's the determination to overcome a problem, adapt to it and make
the best of it.  A person has to develop his or her own style of writing,
constantly be aware of the grammer in the language and just make up their
minds that they will get the job done.  Yes, it's easier said than done but
at the end of the day each person has to be motivated in a way that will net
them the result they desire.  For many they are put into a job and
immediately thrown into a world where reports are required on a daily basis
and it takes longer in mastering these skills but given the drive, the goal
orientation and the ability they will rise above the situation.  Judith
