Hi Kari, That happened to me last weekend, as well. Then eventually, a dialog came up asking me if I wanted to upgrade. I said "no", attempted to sign in again, and had the same problem. That time I did choose to update it, and have had smooth sailing from that point on... no problems what soever. If it helps, I'm running the latest build of Jaws 10 with XP Pro. Hope this helps, Kim
