From your inbox message area tab over until you hear folder list tree view, then arrow up to local folders. Press alt for the file menu arrow down to new, right arrow to open, arrow down to folder, press enter, enter the folder name and press enter. The new folder should be added to the bottom of your folders.

Hello All,
Can anyone help me please? I tried to create a new folder in outlook express ,when I press alt f for file ,then I heard jaws say new and I press enter then arrow to folder press enter ,then jaws say name the new folder I type in devotional folder then press enter it wouldn't do nothing so I tab it's say inbox then tab again it's say cancel . Does anyone can tell me what did I do wrong ? Does anyone have any suggestion for me? I will appreciate for any answer from someone on this list and I'm using jaws 8.
