Hi, thought I'd share a tip which may be useful in this case. Using the power options in windows make sure that your physical power button is set to shutdown when pressed. Then if your screen reader etc stops working press it and windows should shut down. If not, keep pressing enter and this will hopefully get windows to accept any force shut down messages. It doesn't always work as sometimes the message which may or may not come up might be on cancel by default, but it's worth a try just to reduce the times you have to turn the PC off immediately. Fortunately Windows 7 seems to be able to recover from forced shut downs much better than XP.

I must assume then, it is because some "Cookie" was deleted when the new install occurred. I bet you are receiving this message because of some "Cookie" that got onto your system. If you can find the "Cookie" that brings this message into your system, and delete it, I am sure your problem will go away!
