Hi
alt d has stopped working for me. when I do it, the copy command does not
work and jaws is silent. If I tab back into the main page, Jaws is back but
the insert key appears to be an alt key at that point. I.e. Insert t says
alt T. I did download service pack 2 which may or may not be related.
Later I uninstalled service pack 2 but the problem remains. When I check
the version of internet explorer, I see it still shows sp2. Has anyone else
experienced this problem?

To copy the web address of the page you are currently on, hit alt+d,
then ctrl+c, assuming you're using Internet Explorer.
