Assuming your setup is what I'm thinking of, in order to do what you're asking you'll need to have purchased JAWS pro for both your home and work computers. The work computer should have a version on it running with a remote access enabled license (FS adds an extra charge of I believe $200 for that). According to FS's website, that's all you need to be able to use environments like what you're talking about. The initial attempt was partially successful. I am using something called a VPN connection. Others can access their entire desktop including their Outlook account. The attempt to give me full access was unsuccessful as it was not compatible with jaws. I can access my patient's medical record which is the single most important program and it is very helpful and at times clinically relevant. They are in the process of switching to a new remote access program, but the IT fellow who the hospital was kind enough to send to my home to set up the first says that the new one will be using citrix and he expects that jaws will not be able to recognize it. Can anyone comment given the sketchy details which I have given you?
