Besides the other good suggestions that already have been put forward I recommend Logos Bible software if you are interested in reading the Bible in original language. It is not very easy to handle with Jaws but as for the Greek texts I manage quite well with them myself and suppose that the same can be said of Hebrew, though the Coptic still is difficult.
