Hello! Sorry, I don't have answers, but I have some questions. Are you talking about stenographers?. More less than 3 years ago, A public Press, a public tv channel, brought from U.S. a system for stenographers called OpenWrite, I was one of those blind person who tested it, it wasn't accessible with JAWS, so I got some demos WindowEyes, and Half, but no one could help us to do nothing. Then I knew that in Argentina many blind people have been using a kind of translation from this software made in Italy, just this moment I can't remember the name. But at the handbook the author showed a lot of experience that blind italian person had saved about stenotyping. Best regards. I am a totally blind person who is interested in becoming a court reporter and/or real time captioner. Are any of you out there experienced in that field of work? If so what adaptive technology do you use and how compatible is it with jaws? thank you, Bryan -- JFW related links: JFW homepage: http://www.freedomscientific.com/ Scripting mailing list: http://lists.the-jdh.com/listinfo.cgi/scriptography-the-jdh.com JFW List instructions: To post a message to the list, send it to jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send a message to jfw-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word unsubscribe in the subject line.
