arrow keys not working

Hi all: I have jaws 5.0. I just got a new dell computer and i noticed that my
arrow keys do not speak when i am in a list view or even when i am in outlook
going threw my email. I have to keep hitting insert up arrow for jaws to
speak. Using jfw 5 and xp home.
