If you are using Windows XP, it has ZIP capabilities built-in.  Just look in
the Windows Help for details on how to compress/decompress files.

Hi

I have just installed Tugzip to open zip and rar files and also to create
zip archives.

However it seems that Jaws 8 (7 as well) does not read/speak the tugzip
menu.

Any recommendations for an alternative free archiving tool which works well
with Jaws.
