Yes,
I have seen this message several times over the past few days. I figured
it was from one of the smartgroups lists I monitor. I have noticed that
when I approve a request for membership I get a number of off the wall
messages from Smart Groups. I have also been notified by Smart Groups
that they have discovered a bug in their newest release of their
software and are going back to a prior version until they can fix their
bugs.
If you happen to belong to a smart group list please send me an email
