announcement: Ventrilo Scripts 1.13 beta!

Hi All,

I thought I'd let you know that there's a beta version of the new
Ventrilo scripts available now:

This beta version is called 1.13 Beta, and the final release product
will be 1.2.  For more information about the scripts, visit
http://ventriloscripts.port5.com
