again, authorization troubles!

Okay, I ordered a replacement authorization disk from Freedom Scientific.=
  I am still having trouble authorizing Jaws.  I'm still getting the error=
 stating that it is an invalid authorization disk.  I still wonder if my=
 switching from Windows ME to xp had something to do with it.  BTW, the=
 antivirus program in xp is off, and I'm not running any antivirus software=
 right now.
Furthermore, I tried running the disk with the tab open and shut.  Same=
 bloody problem.  Any other ideas?  Oh, I'm running a cd which has Jaws=
 5.0621.
