Hi. Two possible avenues come to mind. You could Google agencies that work with 
the blind in France. I visited a couple in Paris some time ago, but their names 
aren't coming to mind. It might help you to know that the word for "blind" in 
French is "aveugle."

Another thought is that if you have any HumanWare products, such as the Victor 
Stream, you might call and ask for their opinion about the best RealSpeak or 
other voice. As you may know, HumanWare is based in Montreal. Quebecois French 
is different in many ways from Parisian French, but any French-speaking person 
would guide you.

    Are you using jaws 10? If so you could try and download the realspeak 
vioces, that are provided to use with freedom scientific products. I do not 
speal french, so have no knowledge about the accuracy but you may want to check
