Hi there,
Spy guard is only doing its job!  It is suppose to worn you when any
settings are trying to be changed within Internet Explorer.  Ad shield is
actually an Internet Explorer plug in, or that is the way I understand it.
That is why spy guard is coming up.  Spy guard does not know whether the
change is legit or not, that is why it is asking you.  Ad shield is a safe
program, so you can accept the changes being made so it can complete its
installation.
