ad-aware scripts

This is interesting. I am suing jaws 6.1 that I downloaded and I used the 
merge feature and it seemed to bring the scripts and all other settings over 
to jaws 6.1 from jaws 6.0. Now, when I run ad-aware, the scripts don't work 
properly. If I switch back to jaws 6.0, they work fine. I went in and 
deleted the two script files from jaws 6.1. that is ad-aware.jsd and 
ad-aware.jss.  Then I went into 6.0 and copied those two files and went back 
to 6.1 and stuck them in there and it still doesn't work. What do ya think.
