accessing combo boxes with a Dell laptop

Hi, folks.

I'm somewhat embarrassed to admit this, but I forget how to access web site 
combo boxes on the Dell Lattitude 610 laptop that I am using.

I am currently running Jaws 10 with Windows XP and Internet Explorer here.
