For Twitter, there is Qwitter (http://www.qwitter-client.net), McTwit (http://www.empowermentzone.com/mctwit.exe), and Outtwit (which is a Twitter add on for Microsoft Office Outlook). I personally recommend Qwitter for ease of use. McTwit is full of features, but is complicated. Outtwit is for Outlook, and I do not like the support Jaws offers for Microsoft Outlook, as opposed to the support for Outlook Express and Windows Live Mail.
