I used to use Blackboard when I was in college, and I found it surprisingly accessible. And that was back around oh.. JFW 5.0 or somewhere in that general area. I don't know what's all changed with it, though; it's been a few years. If she downloads the demo version of the latest 8.0, does it work better for her? Try it out and see.
