Hi Donna: Thanks for the link for this particular site, however, I am using Office 2003, the information on this site is for 2000, the older version <grin> Both, I am told are totally different, major drastic improvements from the two versions. I am going to look in the Help files in my JFW and print out the hot keys. I have some vision to read the screen, but we'll see when the time comes. Thanks for everyone's advice where I can find some ideas in "training" myself <grin> Jen -----Original Message----- From: jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Donna Corson Sent: August 26, 2006 9:05 PM To: jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: Re: access and jaws Check for Tutorials at http://www.blind.state.ia.us/assist/index.htm ----- Original Message ----- From: "Alicia" <astarner@xxxxxxxxxxx> To: <jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Saturday, August 26, 2006 11:31 PM Subject: Re: access and jaws Jen: Last fall I took a micro computer applications course and there was a small portion of the class that was on Access and I could not figure anything out with Access and JAWS. I was having my reader do most of the mouse clicks because the textbook will walk you through the steps on how to do it with a mouse; however, if you are using the keyboard to access the computer with JAWS there are no step by step directions. It is frustrating and I have been struggling. I will learn this program if it is the last thing I do. Grin. Access is going to be the death of me for sure. I just really wanted to find out if I am doing something wrong or this program is as difficult as it seems.
