Hi. I think the reason everyone is having such difficulty with the hot key thing is because everyone uses j for JAWS. That totally makes sense, since j is the first letter and it's easy to use. But how about this. Instead of using J, you guys having trouble might try using a hotkey like alt plus controle plus9 for jaws 9, and alt plus control plus 8 for JAWS 8. That just may do the trick. If you're having a problem setting your hot key, give that a try and we'll see if that works.
