Hello, Alice,

To find the read out loud feature, hit alt+v for the view menue and
the arrow down to the read out loud submenu.  It's prety intuitive
once you get to it.  It doesn't always work and Jaws will tell you
when it is unavailable but, lots of times it does.  You need Adobe 7.0
or higher to get it.
