There are a couple of popular one, clip mate and clip cache. I have clip cache, never tried clip mate. Clip cache stores your clip board items in a trieview, and you can edit them, delete them, paste them where ever you wish via hot key, and many other functions you can perform with them. I don't know about clip mate, though I know it is popular.
