Carlos:

To disable a filter in Outlook go to the rules wizzard by selecting the
Tools menu, alt-t, and rules, l. Find the list of rules you have =
created,
and navigate to the rule you want to disable. Press spacebar to uncheck =
the
checkbox beside the rule's name. Then find the OK button, and press =
enter.
This will disable the rule.
