This might not be a good answer, but I use the microsoft blue tooth elite
keyboard and don't have any problems at all even with the media functions on
it. I've heard quite a few complaints in the past about logitech wireless
keyboards not working very well with Jaws.

If you are having problems using the num pad with a wireless Logitech
keyboard, jave you tried hitting the num lock button and then using it?
I also have to turn off the Logtech i-touch configuration manager while
running JAWS, Since that's what I have to do to use the logictech's media
and other key functions, I created a desktop shortcut forthe Logictech
configuration manager in case I need to change a function key or whatever.
