Windows media player

Hi All...
I am going crazy with Windows Media Player 9.
While many of you have written that it is accessible, I can't seem to do
the following things that are pretty important with Jaws 7:
1. Read the tracks on the play/copy menu. People have told me that they
are there but they must be graphical or something???
2. Make sense of making playlists. Maybe I am thick or something.
3. Make sense of "skins" and other seemingly nonsense terms???
Any suggestions out there?
