I am using JFW V6.2. The invisible cursor has been around for many years now unless they have recently got rid of it. I do not see it in my keyboard Manager. BTW, my apologies to the list as I was unaware that Outlook 2003 sent the message format attachment. I have changed to plane text format for messages to this list assuming that will avoid the attachment on my messages going forward. Thanks for any assistance. I can see them behind other windows, but cannot find a way to give them focus or list those currently active. They make it difficult to read the windows I am working with, and I would like to deal with the issue they are notifying me of. How do I access balloon windows short of trying to trap them behind another application's window?
