Hello all,
Has anyone had problems checking/unchecking items on the Windows Update website? It seems very spurious using JAWS 10 and IE8 under Windows XP Home SP3. I tried to update my friend's Windows via JAWS Tandem, and because I thought it was all messed up I wanted to start fresh by first stopping the automatic updates service and deleting the software distribution folder, but I couldn't even do that because the machine froze at her end. Please advise as I felt my session with her was a big failure. Maybe I should consider going back to IE7, but just for that website I don't feel I should.
