Windows Automatic Updating

Hi and thank you all for writing in regarding my questions about the
windows automatic updating option I mentioned was on the system tray. I
played with it and found out it was a setup wizard. I proceeded to fill
out the various controls, and now have the system set up to update
windows, and then a check box checked which says notify me before
downloading and installing any updates. I hope I got the concept down
now. I am assuming it will now look for updates then ask me what to do
about them, then I will ask you guys what's good and what's bad. Is my
understanding of this wizard correct, and did I choose the right
options?
