I can't point you toward anything but I will say that win7 was a lot easier to get used to than I was fearing. Certainly there are lots of UI element that are way busier (especially the standard file open/save dialog), but on the plus side a lot of elements that were not accessible via tabbing are now. And if you have lots of stuff installed the search box is great, way easier than hunting through the start menu.
