May I presume that, if you've gone beyond Windows 2000, you can safely
ignore this build?

        You know, it is very annoying to be sent to a website for a
message that is only a few lines long, having to get through all the
stuff on the web page for a short message seems like a waste of time
when the message could have been posted to the list and not take up much
bandwidth at all.  
         
        I can understand sending a link if the article is pages long but
four or five lines is ridiculous.
