Chris, somebody just wrote me about your problem and mentioned checking the
box for rely on msaa in listviews. But I thought you said you had tried
that and that didn't work for you.
I think you said the problem was that it wouldn't check.
I just did it with jaws 4.51 and it worked for me and actually it is a
better solution than the custom highlighting because it will read the
complete line.
So while you are in the list of radio stations, just press insert six (six
on the number row) to open the configuration manager.
Then pres alt S for set options, enter on advanced and check the box to rely
on MSAA in listviews.
Then enter on okay, then alt f4 and enter on yes to save your changes.

Chris didn't I read on another list this was with Jaws 4.51? I tried it
with Jaws 4.51 and it didn't read the list of radio stations for me either.
I applied a custom highlight assignment and then was able to read the list
with the pc cursor.
If you want to try this then:
Focus on one of the radio stations in the listview.
Press insert control H.
The custom highlight color assignment dialog will begin.
You just want to enter on okay through the whole dialog. I think you have
three okay buttons to enter on. That will do it.
Now when it is done, try to see if you can read the listview.

Christopher, I'll forward your question to the Winamp list.
