My fav one is Emule

very accesssible and have really tons of stuff audio video , audiobooks, 
software, etc.

one must use the jfw cursor to click on the tabs on the top of the screen, but 
it's manageable.

also, a customize list view gives better result to read the list of file for a 
search or the list of transfers etc.
