Yes, I believe that is the case.  You can widen the cell by expanding the
column.    You probably know this but, you would do an alt-O for format, go
down to column, hit enter and arrow up to auto fit or the like.

When printing an Excel worksheet where the JAWS cursor indicates that 
only part of the cell is displayed on the screen, how much of the 
cell will actually print?  Is the printed document the same as the 
screen document, with information truncated?
