Re: What's the xp welcome screen in xp-home sp2

In xp, where is tweekui and how do you get into it?  I don't think I saw it
under the powertoys.
Could be wrong on that.  I know on the system I'm talking about, it isn't an
icon in the controll pannel like in Win98.  It's just a normal setup, no special
configuration when they installed sp2.
