Hi.

Forget web based mail, it's a joke! If she has DSL at home, she will have 
e-mail addresses available to her, and she should've been assigned one when 
she signed up. Most providers offer many e-mail adddresses, so she can get 
her own and if she uses a program such as Outlook, or Eudora she will have 
much more success. Really, web based mail for a blind person is 
just...well, forget it.
