Hello Jeff, I use Earthlink and just checked and was able to access the web mail from my personal start page. No problem. Do you have your personal page set up with Earthlink? It would seem that they revamped their interface, but I can't say for sure since I don't have an account there. Tell you what: why not try www.mail2web.com and see how you do. All you do there is plug in your earthlink userid and password and away you go. Hope that helps.
