Dave,

Nope, no docking station or even a laptop cooling fan.

This particular HP Pavilion does not need additional cooling - so far.

Just JAWS being retarded.

Are you using a docking station with the laptop? Somehow JAWS is thinking
that the hardware has changed, and that's one way it can change without
doing anything abnormal.

Well, mysteries will never cease.

For whatever reason occasionally when I fire up the laptop (W7, 64 bit) JAWS
comes up in demo mode.

I rebooted the HP and, WALLA, JAWS came up without a hitch.

Any thoughts?

I have changed nothing since I loaded JAWS 11.0.07.
