Michael,
I haven't tried this myself, but here are some steps to follow.
1. Open Computer.
2. Open your C: Drive.
3. Open the Users folder.
4. Select the Public folder, press the Windows Application / Properties
button (between the right Alt and Control keys).
5. From the context menu select Sharing.
6. Select the Advanced Sharing... button.
7. Configure desired options.
