Hi, I've just found a fantastic utility which allows you to create an unattended install of Vista including being able ot choose all the options shown on installation and which components you actually want placing on the DVD. The best bit is that you can include all hotfixes and service packs, device drivers etc, so if your like me and your sound card doesn't install automatically when you install Vista normally, when doing this it does install during installation and then the Vista install becomes accessible with speech part way through. The program is called Vlie and it is completely accessible although you need to play around a bit. Just type in vlite in to Google and it brings it up first on hte list I think. I would recommend it for anyone using Vista. You can even tell it a directory where you have all your drivers you want including on the DVD and it will put them on the DVD. For example I had my original manuafacturers driver DVD and just pointed it to that. Then it included all my drivers on the DVD so everything was working on startup. The only question it asked when I did my install using it was which drive to install on but that was one option to pick for a sighted user as aposed to many. After the install my sound and everything was working because I got it to include the driver on the DVD it created. Hope this is useful. I'm very happy that I can now do a full install without assistance. If anybody needs help with this I'm happy to provide it where I can. Peter
