Dear Brandt,I think the easiest method is to go to the Jaws options, and then to the "basics..." menu item. There, press tab until you find "keyboard layout" and set it to "laptop". Now your capslock key will act as insert and it'd be easier to press with one hand. If you need your capslock turned on or off, press the caps key twice.
