User accounts anf jfw

Hey guys,
Alright, I need a fix for this.
I'm trying to do some administration on the user accounts.
My laptop and desktop seem to be acting differently.
The desktop appears to be handling this a hell of a lot better than the
laptop.
I see 2 taps, users and advanced.
With the laptop, I don't see this stuff.
I have to route the jaws cursor to PC in order to do anything with this
and click on stuff.
Any ideas on how to make this more accessable?
