Hi Carol,

As I told you, I'm a Jaws user and use much the Braille. Many times, I use
the Windows Messenger in my xp pro OS and I am connecting with someone else
and I don't use the speech but only the Braille itself.
I'm typing the message and then I press: insert+minus key on the right
keypad commands of Jaws and go to: "route Jaws to pc" then I arrow up/down
and see first the message:
"Jim is typing the message" Jim is only for the example.
And, I continue arrow up/down and then I can see the Jim's typing message on
my Braille display.
Then I go back to: "route pc to Jaws" by pressing insert+plus on the right
keypad Jaws commands and so on.
I can say that in Jaws 6.1 there are much more options for the blind and or
deaf-blind Jaws users and more and more functions are written in our Braille
display. It doesn't exist in the previous versions or at least, there were
much less.

Again, if you need any other assistance, tell me please.

Moti
