One problem with outlook is that, unless you use the /nopreview command, you
have to turn off auto preview in each folder. I also use the /restore
switch.

No, I am using the full vertion of Outlook.
I did not find an apply button but doing alt v and arrowing down until I
heard "autopreview" and pressing enter seems to have fixed it.

Still worried that JAWS will crash again.

When in your in box. Do the following.

1 hit alt + v, errow down to auto preview
and hit enter and the check mark will go away and it will be off.

To check that it is off do a alt + v again and errow down to
auto preview and it will read auto preview and not say auto preview
checked.

        Hi.
Can anybody tell me how to turn off autopreview in Outlook?
Nothing I do seems to work it.
JAWS 7.1 seems to be crashing on a certain word and I think
autopreview is the cause.
I plan to have our admin folks update me to the latest JAWS but
for now I need a quick fix.
        Thanks all.
