This is good info. Thanks you. But, when you say service does that mean
you do not have to download a program or do you just go to the website and
use their service? It will help me to know what to expect. Thanks

You need to complete the security check before the accounts get created.
There are tools to do this, such as Webvisum for Firefox and Solona for
Firefox/Internet Explorer/any browser. The websites for both services are
www.webvisum.com and www.solona.net respectively.
