Thanks.  Sorry I omitted my combination of JAWS 10, Windows XP Home and 
Outlook Express.
Are there some settings that need to be changed?  Anybody?  Mitch

I had none of these problems with the website using Windows XP, Firefox and
JAWS 9. Sometimes Firefox works poorly with JAWS 10, so I didn't experiment
with that combination.
