John, I haven't used this particular package, but if it works like Trend Micro's Internet Security software, you probably won't be able to change any settings. There don't seem to be any menus. When I try to access the main program of this package and Tab around, I just hear Button, Button, Button, with no labels spoken. I couldn't find any labels by routing the JAWS cursor to the PC cursor either. I was able to do a virus scan on drive C: by using the Scan choice from the File menu of My Computer and then read the results of the scan with the JAWS cursor. That's about all I know about Trend Micros products so far. Use something else if you have a choice.
