To load or unload

The question is "What are the short cut keys (or hot keys) to unload
JAWs and load JAWs?"
Dave posted them some weeks back, but for the life of me I can not find
the email and I have not been successful in finding them in the help
topics. So please, if anyone knows, help me.
I am taking an online course, and at times JAWs stops talking or reading
the screen. So I have to leave the course and close JAWs. Then I start
JAWs up and it continues reading the course material for a while. When
it stops, I do it all over again.
So if I could find out the short cut keys to unload and load JAWs, it
would save me time.
